Here, I would like to introduce some of the special 'things' I have chosen. Having been abroad for quite a long time, I have become deeply aware of the beauty of Japanese traditional items made by Japanese craftsmen, which can only be found in Japan, and I am introducing some of the items I see in Japan that I find very attractive to me. These are unique one-off items, made from my grandmother's and mother's kimonos, or from textiles dyed and woven on a weaving machine by my parents using herb-dyeing techniques and individually hand-stitched by craftspeople.
